Festumig

Festumig 50 ml er Sealant eða Vara sem tekur klístrið af líminu, flýtir fyrir þornun ásamt því að gera límið örlítið betur vatnsþolið.

Festumig er glaskenndur vökvi sem getur gefið út "wet look" á ferð á augnhárin. Til þess að koma í veg fyrir að augnháralengingin verði ekki of stíf þá er gott að setja Festumig rétt við botn augnháranna til að tryggja það að límið nái að þorna hraðar og sé ekki að klístrast í neðri augnhárin svo að renna burstunum léttilega yfir lenginguna sjálfa svo hún verði ekki of stíf.

Vatnsþolið þýðir að augnhárlengingin þín þolir betur vætu og helst á þó svo að það sé væta í kringum augnhárin hins vegar er þetta ekki 100% vatnshelt því þarf að fara varlega með augnhárlengingu nálægt vatni.

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 15 days.
If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return 
Your item must be
*unused and
*in the same condition that you received it in
*and a void sticker can not have been opened.
*It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. 
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at divaprolash@divaprolash and we will take it from there and work quickly and efficiently.  


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

To return your product just send us and email and we will assist you asap.


Make sure the package is marked with your name and order number.  
There are two options to return your order: 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

What payment methods can I use?

We offer 35 different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express and Diners as well as many different local payment methods including Klarna, iDEAL, AliPay, Sofort, giropay, and many more.

Can I purchase items with another currency?

Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service.

Do you offer e-gift cards for international customers?

E-gift cards are only available to customers shipping within the U.S.

How To Return My Items?

We do not currently offer free returns to overseas customers. You will therefore need to cover all costs of returning any items to us yourself. We advise that you mark your package ‘returned goods’ to avoid further duties. Remember: We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
